Hey, I’m Aisling O’Reilly, a sports broadcaster, passionate about fitness, wellbeing and connecting with others.

I grew up sports mad, the kind of kid who’d rather be kicking a ball than doing just about anything else. Back then, there were very few girls’ teams for me to join, so I jumped in with the boys’ teams and found my own way to stay involved. That determination shaped me and has never left. Thankfully, we’ve seen huge change in recent years, with more opportunities than ever for girls and women to get involved in sport.

Becoming a sports broadcaster was always my dream, and I still pinch myself that I get to live it every day. I’d like to think I’m known for my energy, warmth, and genuine love for sport. I aim to make people feel included and connected, whether I’m pitchside, in the studio, or MC’ing major events.

Over the years, I’ve covered some of the biggest moments in sport: the Rugby World Cup, Six Nations, Europa and Conference League Finals, All-Ireland Football, Hurling & Camogie Championships, the Irish Open, the Paralympic Games, and countless Katie Taylor bouts.

Through years of experience and strong industry relationships, I’ve earned the trust of players, fans, and colleagues alike. I wanted to take that same spirit of connection and bring it to life beyond the broadcast and with that, AOR Media was born.

The aim is to create events and experiences that inspire, energise, and bring people together, because connection is, to me, one of life’s most powerful forces.
